OK so I received the bottle with no instructions. So my questions are;
Subq OK or no? How much and how often? I weigh 235 lbs if that matters.

SubQ or IM are both fine. I find 1ml a lot to inject SubQ in abs and it leaves a knot - so I've been doing it into Quads. No pain and no knot.

I do 1ml about 3-4 times per week. 31g insulin needle.
