What about your other numbers? When my prolactin was above range my E2 was as well. I was given Anastrozole .125 EOD and in 5 weeks both E2 and prolactin were in range. Prolactin was back in single digits.

Since I have been on an AI current ly .125 M/T I have never had a prolactin reading in double digits.

I posted all the numbers I was tested for. I will be going to Discounted labs soon and get the entire range.

I fired my Endo today. I don't take calling a College educated medical specialist an idiot lightly, I gave her a chance. She did absoloutely nothing for me.

Her best advice each time I talked to her was quit TRT. That's all she would offer. She even admitted at first visit she didn't prescribe TRT ever. I kept reminding her I wasn't there for TRT advice. I was there because my Cortisol, ACTH and Aldosterone levels were in the dirt.

I asked her if I quit TRT cold turkey would I crash. No she said, you might feel bad for a few months. Really? Feel bad for a few months? Great, your fired.

I fired her thru email this morning lol.

Back where I started. Not quitting TRT, or at least not just yet. Its the only thing that makes me feel better. FWIW I am only doing 70mg per week. That's not much from what most people on this board takes. ​

Good for you Lee, I have done that a few times reluctantly. You can do telemedicine with Defy for not much $$ and all they require before your 1st phone appointment is labs and a copy of your last physical from your MD and then they will gladly Rx you what ever you need for TRT/Thyroid etc. I just went thru this with Dr. Saya over the phone and was thrilled with how it all worked out.
