Just hit my 30s and found out I was Low-T

My name is Dan, active duty US Army, married with one kid.

I turned 31 in July and finally looked into my T levels. I've had the symptoms for as long as I can remember and have tried anti-depressents, anti-anxiety, training my ass off, etc without ever getting real results. Turns out my T levels are in the mid-250 range and my E2 is bottomed out as well.

I look forward to learning a lot from this forum. I've been reading for a couple weeks and have a consult with Defy next month to start TRT.

Thank you Nelson for setting up such an awesome place to learn and talk about all of this!
