That’s a good point, I just woke up from but this time I slept early and took cialis before sleeping,, I got some morning wood I would say 30%.As others have mentioned elsewhere, you need to be waking up from REM sleep in order to experience morning wood. If you were in a different sleep stage when you wake, you won't have the wood, even if you are having nocturnal erections at other times of the night during REM phases.
So, the lack of morning wood on bupropion may just mean it is affecting your sleep, which seems very plausible to me, versus having some kind of erection suppressing effect.
Can this be measured somehow to confirm this increase !I tried nmn and didn't notice too much. I enjoy Niacin though. Works MUCH better at increasing NAD+ levels than nmn. I think it depends on your individual chemistry though.

Stick with it guys! If enough of you try bupropion, at least one of you is going to love it long-term! I just know it, so don't give up!
Maybe some Seroquel to fix the bupropion insomnia, some metformin to fix the high blood sugar from the Seroquel, some loperamide to fix the diarrhea from the metformin.....1 year on escitalopram and satisfied with what it has done right and at peace with the sides. For a perfectionist I seem to be awfully patient and understanding with my Rx drugs.
But as you have noted previously, where does all this end? Escitalopram, then bupropion, limited and "judicious" use of clonazepam. I wonder what's next and how many pills I am willing to swallow. Evidently quite a few. Only a week on the bupropion....will report back.
I am hurt. I will have you know my fasting blood glucose is a badge of honor Good Sir. My diet is impeccable haha.high blood sugar
Yes… That would most certainly “Beat It”.I am hurt. I will have you know my fasting blood glucose is a badge of honor Good Sir. My diet is impeccable haha.
Perhaps the propofol IV would be helpful.

So simple and symmetric.
Lmao! Post of the Day.Yes… That would most certainly “Beat It”.
Could this simply be due to ur Wellbutrin dose being too high? And maybe a lower dose could give u a better balance of receiving the benefits whilst not having ur sleep so negatively effected? That is the other funny part. My sleep (which already was not great) has been hot trash since starting the bupropion. 20 point reduction in sleep score and REM sleep disappeared.
Some tolerance (to both the insomnia and the benefits) will build gradually so if I were him I would wait awhile before making any changes. Kinda like TRT.Could this simply be due to ur Wellbutrin dose being too high? Gonna ride it out. It is an XL tab so while I don't believe the hype you can't split it I will hold off for at least 6 weeks. Are u able to compare ur experience and how u felt on Wellbutrin compared to selegiline? Or are these compounds too different to compare?Another option is to go with Bupropion SR rather than the XL and split the dose. This is what I did and it really helped with the sleep issue. I would sometimes just take it in the morning and skip the afternoon dose. I suppose this approach depends on the underlying reasons for taking it. I never took it for depression.
What's the difference between Wellbutrin XL and SR?

Wellbutrin XL and Wellbutrin SR both contain the same active ingredient which is bupropion.
Differences between Wellbutrin XL and Wellbutrin SR
The difference between Wellbutrin XL and Wellbutrin SR is how quickly they are released and then absorbed into the body. The Wellbutrin XL is an extended release tablet which releases more slowly than the Wellbutrin SR tablet which is released faster.
Way different. Bupropion increased my anxiety. Although it is stated that Bupropion has an effect on dopamine, in my experience it had a far greater effect on norepinephrine. I did get a bump in mood and libido, but not even close to what I get with Selegeline. I also have zero sleeping issues with Selegeline. Are u able to compare ur experience and how u felt on Wellbutrin compared to selegiline? Or are these compounds too different to compare?
Thanks so much for the reply! Also, I started taking 5mg of selegiline, orally, EOD, based on ur experience with it. This is compared to the 1.25mg of selegiline that I was taking sublingually EOD prior to this. Want to see if I notice any differences, good or bad, taking it orally. If I don’t notice any negatives, I’ll probably bump it up to 5mg orally EDWay different. Bupropion increased my anxiety. Again, age is a factor. I have not taken Bupropion in over 10 years.
What is your age, if you don't mind me asking. Also, what were you using for the sublingual? Most of what I have read on other forums are people just cutting oral pills and putting them under their tongue. Thanks so much for the reply!
