I know the following case does not resemble you. I think it's impossible for us to help/advice you. A lot of diagnostic test would be needed to exclude potential causes.
I guess you can wait for a while and follow your intuition and hope things will settle by itself.
Worst case you need to check into a hospital and comply with physicians advice (this will include nutrition and supplements) in order to track down the cause of your issues.

Good luck! I will follow your posts.

I’m putting my money on TRT altering receptors, or uptake vitamins and minerals and that things will resolve on their own in a couple of weeks. Last week I could barely handle 400 IU D3, now I can handle 600 IU without issue.

Is direct sunlight an option?
I tried that sitting outside in my Tommy Bahama beach chair and vitamin D rich foods and still ran into a deficiency. Strangely, I took more vitamin D and those symptoms I was having are gone. No more excess urination, bone pain, or any of the above mentioned symptoms.

I noticed when I first started taking the 400 units of vitamin D. I had a day or two where I was urinating like crazy and then it stopped. Then when I tried 600 units, the same thing happened.

Then I increased to 800 and none of those symptoms happened. If I try to take any vitamin D at all on TRT, holy sh**, those symptoms would wreck me.

The TRT fu***** me up somehow and those effects are wearing off.

Apparently low vitamin K levels can cause symptoms similar to hypervitaminosis or also known as vitamin D toxicity. When not supplementing vitamin K it's always in the gutter.

The low vitamin K can cause urinary calcium loss. What I believe happened was I started 400 IU and began excess urination spell and eventually led to magnesium loss which stopped the excess urination in its tracks, because low magnesium can make it difficult to urinate.

I tried laying out in the sun with only my underwear for almost an hour, same symptoms as taking vitamin D supplements only worse.

I still seem to have vitamin D in free fall if the dose is change or vitamin D stopped and takes only hours to feel changes. Vitamin K mirrors my vitamin D levels.

I seem to be able to tolerate 4000 IU D3 without much issue.

I believe it was the low vitamin K responsible for the symptoms of excess iron absorption, because vitamin K directs it to the proper places in the body, and calcium regulates iron absorption.

So you never had elevated parathyroid hormone levels but still thought this was your problem, nevertheless this got me thinking it might be worth testing, i had mildly elevated calcium years ago, still within limits, was thinking albumin corrected Ca and parathroid will reveal the problem for sure.
