I know this is off topic but I was diagnosed with attention deficit disorder ADD/ADHD when I was a kid wich is associated with lower dopamine levels. As I grew older I was able to control it more but lately its been a lot more difficult and harder to learn/retain knowledge I think the CRPS might have something to do with it as it can affect your short term memory. I cant help but wonder it would help considering: In the brain, dopamine functions as a neurotransmitter—a chemical released by neurons (nerve cells) to send signals to other nerve cells. The brain includes several distinct dopamine pathways, one of which plays a major role in reward-motivated behavior. Most types of reward increase the level of dopamine in the brain, and most addictive drugs increase dopamine neuronal activity. Other brain dopamine pathways are involved in motor control and in controlling the release of various hormones. These pathways and cell groups form a dopamine system which is neuromodulatory.
