Hope this finds everyone doing well. I need some help with just a basic question. I have been doing 2 sub q injections of test per week and daily injections of HCG (125 iu). Is there really that much upside to the daily vs. 250 eod of HCG? I'm just getting a little "injection fatigue" I guess. Thanks all.

I inject 500 iu of HCG twice a week and I'm very happy with that, I have a very strong libido. I know some prefer injecting daily. But I think a lot of people inject three days a week.

I've tried it all, 100iu daily, 250 EOD, 400 EOD, 100 2x week. I do think I'm better with 500 2x a week but HCG has yet to be something I could recommend or even be happy about. I've been doing 500iu 2x a week now for a month and well, kinda sorta, no testing, but maybe it's the best thing I've tried so far. Besides keeping my nuts alive and all that that entails, beside fertility which I have no concern) but there's other hormones and such going on there that i/we need. I just have never had a "feeling", of anything, with HCG.

I am with Vince on this. I include it in my protocol for all the reasons he already stated but HCG has never improved the low to mid-range at best libido that I have always had on TRT. As a guy that had a very strong libido from puberty until my mid-40s, I know what a strong libido feels like.

It really amazes me how different we all are. There are many times I feel my libido is too strong, it ruined my last relationship. But I do feel blessed that I finally found someone like me.

I'm far from an expert but I have done 170iu hcg with 50mg Tcyp injection since I started TRT and feel great so far. I inject tue a.m. and fri p.m. so every 3.5 days. So 4 inject total per week. I think this is highly individual from reading on here. I would suggest try to combine some of those hcg injects and stick with it for 4-6 weeks and see how you feel then do labs to confirm all is well.
