If so, what should I expect, in as far as Side Affects, how long does it last and do I have to worry Prolonged Erections?

I’ve tried the troche and got no reaction other than the standard cialis reaction. Injection is where it’s at. Holy shit… my pants would touch me and I’d get an erection. Much more powerful than any viagra or cialis I’ve take ln

PT-141 is the peptide being referenced. Usually comes in 10mg vials to be reconstituted with 1 cc of bac-water. 10 units on an insulin syringe becomes a 1 mg dose.

Defy Medical sells the stuff, and it's pretty dog gone expensive. It's unpredictable as to when the effects will kick in, but man oh man when it does kick in...

I've tried a nasal spray in the past which helped with orgasm but then it didn't and diminished erection - they may have changed the ingredients since it was over the counter.
