GONADOERALIN VS HCG

So far no evidence has been presented to show that gonadorelin can be used as a direct replacement for hCG. There are theoretical reasons to be skeptical, including the rapid and pulsatile nature of endogenous GnRH production, and the suppressive effects of TRT on the pituitary. I've shown that with a rigorous protocol gonadorelin can restore gonadotropins under TRT. But while these results are interesting and show some promise for improving TRT, the method is likely to be impractical for most.

So why cant i get HCG anymore? ...

Some details here:

... Would it be better to not use gonadorelin while on TRT?
This use should be considered experimental. My hunch is that at physiological doses there may be some benefits to it even if gonadotropins are not produced. But if you don't get gonadotropins then you don't have the benefits you'd get with hCG. Furthermore, the protocols being put forth by clinics offering gonadorelin are not remotely physiological.
