Dialing in my TRT, next steps

I've been running TRT for a while but am finally dialing in my TRT. Before and during TRT, my libido and EQ have been so-so. I have been taking 2.5mg of tadalafil daily, which sometimes does not work. I am thinking about raising it to 100mg every four days (175mg a week). These labs are based on 100mg every five days (140mg a week). No HCG. From what I read on Excelmale, my estrogen and free testosterone could be higher, ideally a T:E ratio around 10-20, and FT around 155 pg/mL.

So, I assume the strategy here is to increase my dose every six weeks and see if that gets me where I should be.

DHT, LC/MS, ng/dL 38

I might try hCG here before raising the TRT dose. It can be helpful in cases like yours with a high T/E2 ratio, some headroom for additional E2, and lackluster libido / sexual function.

That's the thing. I did a protocol for six weeks this summer of 70mg a week, a shot every 3.5 days, and 1000iu a week EOD.
Total Test, MS, ng/dL: 785
Free Test, ED, pg/mL: 138.3
Estradiol, LC/MS, pg/mL: 32
SHBG, nmol/L: 32
DHT, LC/MS, ng/dL: 41
Prolactin, ng/mL: 5.9
T:E Ratio: 24.53125
T:E Ratio Percentage: 0.04076433121
Still, so so on the results of EQ and libido, but full testes.

Ok, if that didn't work, I would see what happens with raising the dose. Your DHT is pretty low too I'm noticing. If you don't get anywhere with the increased dose, some other things you might try: scrotal cream, prop, and adding DHEA.
