36 years of age -138 pounds. My penis is essentially dead. Also my libido and sexual desire. It happened to me overnight when I was 25 after taking a research chemical from china called Pramiracetam. The next morning I remember waking up and not having an erection for the first time. That was the last time I was able to have sex.

I thought that my body would correct its self but now as of today, 12 years have passed me by with no improvement. I took test shots a few months ago thinking it would solve my issue but I still could not get an erection. 2 Years ago I took a shot of Sustanon 270 and my dick worked like a race horse for 2 days, after that it went back into the crypt.

If I am to self stimulate, its forced. I have to manually crank myself and I will not be hard at all, I have to keep doing it to get any stiffness. I took a 100MG liquid sidefel from india the other day and when self stimulating it self like an artificial erection. Like it was AI or something. It sucked.

8 years ago I took a liquid viagra and it worked well..not sure whats happening to me. My neurologist did a full cat scan and said he saw nothing wrong. My endocrinologist sent me there after he said all my levels look normal.

On a reddit forum I posted my lab results and one person is saying all my levels look really low. This is 1 person out of the 10 that responded. Out of the 4 doctors I visited they all said my levels look ok.

Im not interested in getting a penis implant or getting injections directly into my penis. After visiting the neurologist I was sure he was going to point out a dead region within my brain as to why my penis stopped working...I suspected some sort of brain damage...now im thinking just DNA damage...going to find the most expensive doctor I can find or process to get this checked.

I tried a doxamosin alternative, Prazosin...did not like the feeling it gave my brain the next day...the erection did work for the most part somewhat but the after effects and the fact that you cannot drink alcohol on it makes it a nono. Also says watch out with using heavy machinery on the warning i beleive, definetly not worth it..I read a post on the legend thread about it of a guy blacking out in a bathroom stall after using it. No Thank you.

Normal adult male estrogen level is 20>. Your Free T is abnormally low. Your LH is low. The Total T is basically Free T bound to SHBG, the Free T is the active stuff the crosses the cell membrane to the androgen receptor exerting, it’s affects on the body.

It’s amazing and unbelievable that any doctor with a human brain could say everything looks normal!

You’re unlikely to fix this naturally given how low your levels are and for the fact you’ve not recovered in 12 years.

Your free T is low on the test you did, and your LH is on the boundary of low. That suggests TRT might help.

Low LH levels may mean you have a disorder of the pituitary gland or the hypothalamus.

Your calculated free T is not that low 8.9 ng/dL [normal range 4.5-25.0 ng/dL], using this calculator: Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator

If it's a nervous system damage, it can be in the brain, spinal cord, or the nerves from the spinal cord to the penis. Contemporary neurology is not that advanced and the tests are not that sensitive. Negative tests do not exclude a problem.

What further specialist nervous system or putuitary gland/hypothalumus testing can I do? I went to a neurologist and endocronologist and they basically told me nothing...what is the name of the next sort of doctor I should see, I thought a neurologist was the end of the line of testing..as in CAT scan. I paid 500$ and sat in a machine for 30 minutes at 6AM. What other testing can possibly be done other than this?

That is a terrifying prospect to think about..that TRT "might" help....if it does not..and i stop taking the TRT...what is to become of me? can my body get worse than it already is at the time being?

is there any supplement or drug which i do not have to inject that can boost my LH and free T? I hate taking needles and I feel that the test injections will do more damage than my fucked up pituitary gland and hypothalamus already are.

If I find the exact source/drug I took to do this to me, can i send my blood and this drug to a lab and have them see what this drug does to me exaclty? what it does to my DNA =how it altered my DNA? or is this a fantasy.

I do not want to accept that I am permanetly sexually handicapped for the rest of my life. I think death is probably better hypothetically speaking. If any man is honest, talking man to man, if they can choose between life without a working penis or death, more than half would choose death. That is essentially being taken out of the gene pool, evolutionary speaking, the only reason we exist is to procreate. Without a working penis this is essentially impossible.

They all told me my levels look good...I dont know what to do from here. I dont like having a dead penis...I have no modivation to wake up in the morning, before my penis would be up before me, before 25 years old, I think sexual health is one of the main things that helps people get out of bed, a strong erection like how humans normally operate...when they are sleeping rises, and one wakes up with this. Thats how its supposeed to be. Thats why people are up 6AM going to the gym and getting ready for work. When you have a dead zone below the belt you do not want to wake up at all. Life sucks and you just want to die. Im scheduled to talk to doctor Shah in a month. Im sure he will just tell me to take testosterone...and if or when it does not work I will be in darkness.

The single shot Sustanon worked for you, so clearly you have to try TRT - I am puzzled why you waited 10 years. You will know if it works in a few months after you start it. If it doesn't, you just stop it and you will revert to your current state, as long as you don't do crazy high doses of testosterone or anabolic steroids.

TRT can be done with gels/creams. It doesn't need to be an injection. Supplements that claim they "boost" testosterone do not work, or there wouldn't be a need to do TRT and this forum would have not existed.

If you want to go crazy with the tests, you can scan your spine and the neurologist can probably suggest some electric testing of the nerves that innervate the penis. However, if there is a microscopic nerve damage, contemporary medicine typically cannot detect it and cannot repair nerves. Testosterone acts on neurotransmitters, so it might override the problem with the nerve, if there is one.

From the little context that you wrote it seems that you are very underfed at 138lbs. How does your diet look? A lot of times being that severely underfed will fuck up your downside department. Also how tall are you? Remember its the context that matters, the details, more then everything. Have you tried putting on weight?

You have a couple other options to consider before trying conventional TRT. One is testosterone nasal gel, with Natesto being the name brand. Because it's short-acting a nasal gel has less effect on your other hormones, letting you experience higher testosterone with less risk of side effects. You might also look into a trial with clomiphene (Clomid). It's somewhat of a long shot, but you might benefit from the enhanced estrogenic activity, given how low your estradiol appears to be. It should simultaneously boost your HPTA, increasing LH/FSH and testosterone. I'd go with a pretty low initial dose, something like 12.5 mg every two or three days.

You aren't going to be able to figure out how pramiracetam did this to you, assuming that was actually the cause, so that seems like a waste of time and money. I think half your problem is the defeatist negative attitude. You are probably clinically depressed based on what you've posted so far and that itself can ruin libido and sexual function. There are plenty of paths available to a meaningful life even if you never manage to figure this out.

Let's say you did need to use tri-mix injections to have sex. You might not have the most positive experience of your dreams if your libido isn't there but you could probably function well enough to sustain a relationship. You'd rather be dead than give yourself some shots? Your attitude around this is as much or more of a problem than the sexual problems.

I don't see how you could make yourself any worse off than you are already by embarking on some TRT experimentation. People go on and off all the time. You may have heard scare stories about steroid abusers that permanently lose HPTA function but that is not a legitimate concern for TRT users, especially in the shorter term.

If you aren't on a low dose of cialis with viagra on stand-by, that would seem to be a logical next step. There is no shame in using what you need. Also, if you are not eating a lot of beef, that is necessary too given the pro-sexual nutrients (e.g. carnitnine) it has. I agree that being under-fueled is something to eliminate as well.

some people lose their HPTA function permanetly? Wouldent they die if that happened? who did that happen to and how to avoid that...did they ever recover?

Ravenouz - Please take 10 deep breaths. Everything will be okay.
Systemlord is right with what he is saying with your labs. Also he's a wealth of information on the forums so give value to what he says.
If you give TRT a try for a few months and don't want to continue, you will not be giving yourself permeant damage. And start with a low and sensible dose - most TRT clinics tell you to do really high doses (like mine did before I learned better). And also alternatively you could try enclomiphene / clomiphene as well - as previously stated that could help you give a boost to your HPTA. I actually had a buddy who was around 400s TT and took clomid for 2 months then stopped - three months later his TT was still in the 800s. So it's even possible that taking it short term could help give you a restart / kickstart.

Like a lot of other members, I can pick up that you are very clearly experiencing anxiety that is causing a lot of suffering and standing in the way of more rational thinking. Anxiety is a big boogie man illusion. It feels real, but it's not. It's your body and brain reacting like there's a fierce jungle lion about to gobble you up when it's really just a kitten with an attitude. What you need to do is move forward. There's nothing wrong with giving TRT a try and see if it at least helps some. It might. It might not. But you won't know unless you try. There's no need to fear the needle. Unlike the old days of intramuscular, subq with a small needle makes it quick and painless. I empathize with you. ED is a major challenge for me too. I get it. It's stressful. It's discouraging but you still have options to try so don't give up. Also, generic sildanifil, etc. varies widely in quality so don't be afraid to try a different brand to see if you get better results. Best of luck to you!

@Ravenouz - we want to check in on you and see how you are feeling and what direction you are thinking of moving
I spoke with a clinic who said they are going to put me on pellets. they are testosterone under the skin... that will be my final attempt at fixing this, after that I will try enclomiphene / clomiphene....after that I will have to cross my fingers and pray for a new drug to be developed....the nurse told me that sometimes our signaling pathways get clogged up and constant testosterone may be the only key. The example she gave was like anti depressant drugs can clog our receptors...is this true...maybe my receptors are clogged? can it be clogged permanetly? how does one go about cleaning these receptors or did was she state was fiction?

Sounds made up, however clomid clogs receptors in the brain by blocking estrogen. Pellet therapy is almost like injecting cypionate daily, the peaks and valleys are minimal.

If pellets works for you, then great.

I mean his test isn't THAT low total is above 400 which is far from nile and could be higher if taken earlier in the day. I mean everyone is different but prob something else going on. weird to start pellets first as would get a great idea if test is going to work using a cream.

do you get morning wood?

HCG could be a good option and really bolsters sensitivity. raises T and acts as LH. so prob best bet for what your seeking. imagine someone mentioned it already.

are u on other medications like anti depressants or opiates?

have you experienced intense loss or stress in a year or 2 prior to loosing boner/orgasim power?

I can only imagine how its a downward spiral with the ladies, and slowly building walls and becoming depressed/ashamed etc.

could just be severely depressed, or and im making assumptions here being 135lb that u come from an extremely catholic background?

any sexual abuse? not being cute here but is it possible you may like men? ive learned recently that bottoms often dont even get off more care to.. dont think its ALL hormone based. again no shame, but may be worth talking to a therapist. weird shit happens, I know a guy won't even show his butt to his WIFE and walks backwards out the room after sex. forget what it was he thinks caused it but it happens and certainly not impossible some sort of trauma or depression clicked a switch.

not everything is T based and some guys even have a harder time getting erections or getting off when start trt. won't pretend to understand why, but its a thing.

the good news is castrated people live longer... well rats forsure.. I think...
