Anyone have experience using Natesto?

Been having low T symptoms now for a while and I want to maintain fertility. Have used HCG monotherapy which raised my bloods but no symptom improvement. My baseline T is always around 500-570. I am using Natesto now for 3 days with no symptom improvement. How long does this take to work?

My baseline total t is about the same as yours and I have tried natesto before with no improvement. I think it could either been an absorption issue for me or it just didn’t raise my T high enough or long enough for improvement. If it ends up not working out with natesto you could try TRT with hcg to maintain fertility

But the HCG is not a guarantee that it maintains fertility.

I used Natesto for about 2 years. started out at x2 pumps a day really felt good and finally 6 months later acclimated to x3 pumps a day. For me it worked good, I would just pump the gel and look at the gel on the applicator tip then paint the inside of my nostril but kind of tried to make sure I went up high in the nose and then rubbed the nostril together wiped the applicator and I kind of had to guesstimate how much gel was one dose cause the pump did not always work correctly for me then stored in my pocket and went on about my day.My total T was around 475.My balls shrunk some but not that much if that makes sense. My body acclimated and I was not feeling that it was working anymore.Now I just started a Zyosted 50mg and had blood draws today. I will post back but I am receptor sensitive to T. Also, it is not as available as once was for me. I think that Natesto was a great introduction for me into the androgen world.

I felt nothing taking Natesto so if I were you I would give it a week or two and if you feel nothing just drop it. Also you can still take testosterone injections and still be fertile. It’s not an automatic guarantee you will be infertile while on it.

My T before Natesto sits at 500-570 so I doubt this will work for me. I saw in their research that it brings men to around 800 from the baseline of 300 but I have not experienced that symptom wise. Maybe it does but it wears off quickly for it to have any effect?

since your T is already def normal range you prob wont feel much and likely symptoms are from something else...

first 3 seconds natesto touched my nose i FELT it BIG TIME... i actually had low T though. chattier mor energy and if had to draw myself it would be superhero with six pack... lol that faded.. i also started on HCG liek you but it gave me palpatations, other than tht though hcg was great for recovery and energy, orgasm, morning wood was outta control. that was 120iu or so maybe even 100iu lol shit was potent AF...

If I had 570 i would just try and boost it with nutrition and sleep and get into 600 or even 700s which is about as good as it gets...

how old are you?

if anything you "feel" it less as time goes on... IF your going to get energy your going to get it in a few weeks, sleep may take some time and perhaps mental fog..

again i doubt your actually low and so increasing T will not help much unless brut force yourself on 200+mg per week of injections and like an opiates it makes 80% feel WAAY better.

if you under 35yo i would drop it pretty fast and just focus on upping it naturally as you don't have low T not even close 100% in the middle normal T!

get some zinc and magnesium omegas get some sun and good sleep and will make you feel better and help get that T a little higher.

Did you ever get your SHBG and free testosterone checked? The free T is what matters . You could have normal total t and high SHBG and have low normal free t levels.

Hey brother. I have done all that taken zinc magnesium omegas worked out and still have symptoms. I am 22 and have symptoms since I was 18. I only have one ball.

Did you ever get your SHBG and free testosterone checked? The free T is what matters . You could have normal total t and high SHBG and have low normal free t levels.

My free test was actually in the high range of the lab reference range and SHBG was around 17 if I remember correctly?

Take your blood labs a month later and see then you can evaluate your position on protocol. You can maintain fertility on Natesto.(if you are otherwise clean). Yes, it is in and out fast but that's the good in it.
In my opinion its the least evasive T on your system.

Well 500 could be low T for someone could be plenty for someone else everyone is different. I do drink coffee with it. I read somewhere that someone said they have T levels of 500 and Nateso brought them down to 400s.

Again you don’t what you’re talking about. Natesto is fast acting unlike injections which have a 7 day half life. Natesto peaks about 45 minutes after you take it and then leaves your system quickly. I think 2 weeks is plenty of time to see if Natesto is working or not.

You probably haven't even used Natesto. Its not an automatic guarantee that you be fertile either, unless, you use HCG with your T injections hard to predict. That would be a question "THE LEGENDS" Mr. Nelson, Dr. khera or Dr. Lipshultz.
