I don't know if it's more risk tolerance or just assessing risk differently. I think taking an SSRI is more risky than small doses of jano-tested primo from an established, well regarded supplier.

Legally night and day. But I get your point in terms of health risks. But I am paranoid and not in position to play with LE/Po-Po. Just does not fit with my risk tolerances.
