3.5 years on TRT and feeling no effects. Time to give up?

It's been about three weeks and I feel OK. Still feeling indifferent on every topic of my life but that's been the norm for years......Still looking for relief.

Not feeling it! :(

Since it doesn't look like it has been said yet: Have you tried running higher numbers?

If my FT were a hair above 20, I don't think I'd be getting much out of TRT either. When FT is in upper 20s/low 30s is when I start to see benefits.

Also, why did you start TRT in the first place - what specific issues were you hoping it would address?

Trt definitely kills libido in a good number of men. I’ve seen it too many times and talked to several men stating the same.

I’d be curious to know this as well
I am currently on 500 hcg eod. And I feel much better than my testosterone protocol. Which I stopped earlier.

the thing is hcg used to work and not work I don’t know why but the last two weeks It was consistently working not sure why but these could be the reason:
1- when I mix hcg I used not to shake it so I rotate the bottle slowly. And when injecting the water inside just press on it.
But now I am super super gentle very gentle don’t even rotate it just move slowly to mix them and when I inject I let it drop down slowly and not just press quickly.

also I take vitamin k2, vitamin d, lysin, vitamin c and iron (to restore my irons level) not sure if they help if they do it could be k2 or vitamin c will check this later if it continues working.

I 100% convinced that hcg alone is more than enough if your leydig cell is still working.

no hematocrit issue, all hormone goes up smoothly not only testosterone. I only hope to see this continues (it’s been almost two successful week) and hope my leydig cell continue working.

my normal T is around 10 with hcg I reach 17. Which is good.

I also think there is a potential in clomid I did 25mg EOD and morning wood didn’t stop. Now I am testing if I take like once or two a week to see if it actually help a bit with hcg
