I have had good luck contacting my BCBS plan via their website messaging system. I feel like at least you get a written response that you can then use if they bill you differently.
I'm sure it is a different plan, but I get 80% of labs covered at Labcorp regardless of the doctor prescribing...
Here is a recent inspection report from the FDA for APS pharmacy. Seems like they have a sink in the wrong place and had a vile not listed for office use only. Very minor stuff, so I see that as good. Just wanted to share...
I say several people discussing All Day Chemist and say that they sell a combo pill of Sildenafil and Dapoxetine.
I am aware dapoxetine is not approved in the US...lets say I live in Europe (hypothetically)
Has anyone tried this? Do you know if it can be split (already taking Cialis and...
stomach?
Not vegan or vegetarian, but Feb-March I was prescribed ibuprofen 3x day for pericarditis...so that worries me. I don't have any of the symptoms, but I might call my primary car doc.
Thank you so much Johndoesmith!!
I'm 41 and started TRT Novemeber 2016. Currently on Test. Cyp. (IM) and HCG (SQ) every other day and 25 mg DHEA twice daily (From Defy). I have an appointment in July. Just had blood work and have some questions.
Here are the highlights.
T total = 932 (up from ~200 pre-TRT, feeling...
Relationships have gotten much better. I was very depressed and pity doesn't make very strong relationships. Now, I have better outlook, I'm more confident, and even though things are great yet, I am more assertive and my wife seems to respect me more. I might be a bit more reactive, but I...
Awesome advice from everyone!! So, I'm checking out the NO stack, going to try slightly more cialis and add viagra as needed, and NOT going for trimix. I have labs due soon so I'll see how my T is doing. Love this place.
Yeah, it could be libido...I'm interested but then it just kinda fades away. My last estradiol was 24.7, and as far as things out of normal, Thyroid is a bit high (5.8) and my lipids are never correct (low HDl, high Ldl). You reminded me that I have been forgetting to take fish oil!
Hey everyone, I started on TRT (T. Cyp and HCG and DHEA with Defy) in November 2016 and I feel so much better physically and emotionally. I’m 41, and my T has gone up from 200-300 before TRT to 655 (2-2017)!
Although I am very thankful for the improvement, things in the sex department aren’t...
Thanks Dr. Saya! Good to know about the TRT and pericarditis, and the TSH. The cardiologist approved me to start light exercise, so I am on the right track.
Coast watcher, I got the blood draw Monday morning before my normal Monday morning injection. I read on here that was the best time...
Hello everyone. I'm 41 and started TRT with Defy (Thanks Dr. Saya!) 11/7/2016. Here is the protocol:
70 mg Testosterone Cypionate (every 3.5 days)
350 IU HCG (every 3.5 days)
25 mg DHEA (2x day)
I have been feeling better with the TRT, especially the last month. Unfortunately, I just spent 4...
I'm 41 and started TRT a few months ago. In the past year I saw three urologists. One did a prostate exam and said I had a slightly enlarged prostate. The others said an exam wasn't even necessary because of my age. A bit confused by the differences in approach and what if any prostate...

Hey everyone,
I had an appointment with Dr. Saya at the beginning of Nov. and have been on Testosterone Cypionate 70 mg and 3.5 ml of HCG every 3.5 days (2x week, so 140 mg t-cyp) since then (4 weeks).
So, I have had anxiety problems most of my life (that are hereditary) and had been on...
And a follow-up based on what you guys said about the thyroid stuff, I emailed defy about more thyroid tests. They added a thyroid panel so now I'll get that done and I'll have more info when I talk to the doc. You guys rock!!
Thanks everyone!! I'm 41 and yeah, I feel pretty horrible mentally/emotionally. Beyond the ED and relationship problems that has been causing (my wife is not very patient), I have trouble concentrating on my job. No one notices because I work from home, but it takes me longer to do the same...
Here are some other Thyroid lab work I had.
Thyroxine (T4) Free, Direct, S T4,Free(Direct) 1.12 ng/dL 0.82 - 1.77 01
TSH 3.100 uIU/mL 0.450 - 4.500 01
I guess what I am asking, would you hold off TRT until this is addressed? You wouldn't...
Hey everyone. I have more lab results (pre TRT) that were ordered by defy (I haven't had my appointment yet).
Does anything jump out as being more complicated than just low-T and needing TRT (I'm apprehensive)? My DHEA looks low.
My TSH high-ish (and has been higher). I also tested...
It seems like you guys want to stay away from taking anastrozole. Why? I haven't started TRT yet, but have low-t (in the 200s) and have an apt soon with Dr. Saya at Defy. My current estradiol is 8.2 (8.0-35.0).
Would you recommend starting more frequently to minimize side-effects, or wait...
I am considering going down the TRT and Trimix road, but I am concerned about compounding pharmacies and the safety of the products.
I like researching things...so I found this:

And also this...
I was wondering if anyone had a good recommendation for a urologist or endo who would prescribe Trimix and TRT in the DC Metro area.
I have had ED for 2 years and diagnosed with low-t 6 months ago. I will soon be starting TRT but have gone to two urologists and both have been dead set...
Thanks guys!! This is a huge help! I am reading up on the blood work posts that you pointed out and although I have some of them, I definitely don't have all. I messaged Defy Medical and will get blood work going and see what their plan is before starting TRT.
I'll post back in a while with...
I am 41 and have had low-t for probably 2 years now, but only had it checked 6 months ago (total t = 308).
-First Urologist, said exercise and lose weight for 3-6 months, and then try TRT.
-Endocrinologist said Androgel and come back in 3 months.
-Second Urologist (second opinion) said...
