Used 50mg daily but not on hcg days, increase in mood, libido that lasted maybe two weeks. Think at that point progesterone gets high. I would stop for a week or two then resume with same effects. Thinking now that maybe 10-30mg/day might be what i require. We're all different.
I have indeed. Gaba used to work I have several forms even a sublingual spray. Like melatonin I can use occasionally but often backfires sadly. I do use alot of theanine, it's one of my faves. Thanks for the thoughts
Hibiscus(along with decent diet and water intake) works pretty damn well for me but maybe a milder case. Actually more expensive but there's a blend called Rosellica that's pretty impressive.

I'm on 280mg/wk, wish I could do less but at my 7th day trough I was scoring 500ish total test, now with hcg 500iu days 3 &5 half a anastrazole split day 1 & 2 I've been up in the low 800's
I've had pretty good luck with it. Though it's almost like it raises libido and mood for a week or two then wanes a bit. I'm using Nutricology time release.
I have to wonder if balancing neurotransmitters would solve or at least help these sort of things. And hopefully in a more natural way. Surely testing will get better
Asked my doc for RT3 test but he said free T3 was the bottom line. I'm not convinced. Wonder if it might be part of the reason why I require 280mg test cyp shots weekly.
