I’m 7 weeks post op of complete tear of pec major from humerus bone. I added Rejuven tablets that have 500mcg of BPC 157 and 150mg of cissus. I’ve tried BPC 157 injections a few times for elbow and knee joint pain but never felt it made any difference. However on the surgery rehab I decided...
9 days now post surgery. Trained legs 3 times since surgery and it really helps to keep active and recognise tiny amounts of progress each day. Completely without sleeve now and doing some very basic mobility work.
was thinking about whether to return to low dose EOD 18ml of Deca after a 2...
surgery took place 27 May as planned. 90 minutes in the theatre and felt pretty sick the rest of the day. Was told it went well although was tricky as the CH muscle that overlaps the pec major was still in tact.
2 days later and still pretty sore and minimal movement. Any hope of getting back...
Interesting thread. Due to have surgery in 3 days to reattached a torn pec to the humerus and was wondering about adding nandrolone back to my TRT regiment. I was taking a low dose 18mg EOD for 3 months and only stopped one month ago. I did wonder whether the nandrolone played any part in the...
Thanks Nelson. I think that’s a great idea. Doing some training makes a huge difference in retaining strength and muscle and gives me a chance to build a bit more cardiovascular fitness too.
Well looks like I might be under the knife next Thursday 27th May so that would be less than 2 weeks after the tear.
Definitely not looking for to the first few weeks post op but I’ve had a couple of shoulder surgeries so have some idea what to prepare for.
My surgeon is pretty cool with...
Thanks. How long did you wait for your surgery and what did you do in the waiting space?
I’d like to keep training but focus on legs, calves and any upper body movement that doesn’t use pec.
Not looking forward to the first week or two post surgery but I know it’s just something you need to...
Trained chest on Sunday. Always do dumbbell press on flat bench for several years since barbell work wreaked havoc on my elbows.
42.5kg warm up felt a twinge in the right pec but thought it was just warming up. Moved to 57.5kg and felt ok, then to 67.5kg for only the third time in the past...
One expensive PT session can be better than a dozen poor ones.
I have had numerous strains, wear and tear overuse injuries, etc and for these type of injuries I’ve always continued to train and adapt the programme to what I could do without pain. Mild discomfort is ok for me. I’ll even go so...
TB500 from China and BPC 157 was in tablet supplement form. Hydrapharm is the brand.
I know sources can be an issue but I actually bought two separate sets of TB500 from 2 different accredited suppliers from China, so the chance of both being bad would seem improbable.
Over 4 weeks and no discernible improvement from the oral BPC 157 and then the addition of tb500 at 10mg every 5 days.
still have a few weeks to run the entire course but disappointed given some of what I had read in various places.
Great set of options here. Most are familiar territory but a couple of additional things to try. Respecting your joints are single most important thing to start with but there comes a time when other measures have to come into play.
will update further over the next few weeks on progress.
Good morning
Have started to come up against some real challenges on joints these past 10 years (now 50) after training consistently for >35 years.
Elbows, back, knees and was expecting good things from a 6 week course of BPC 157 oral (Unbreakable) and 10mg per week of tb500 injected into...
Always used to suffer with acne when younger and TRT has made this return to some lesser extent especially when my T dose was running a bit high or when I’m low dosing on deca for joints. Generally find an oral antibiotic pretty effective but needs to be taken over several weeks.
sun helps...
Good luck.
make sure your dosages are correct and in line with the successful research published on the matter.
For example, there’s no point taking a maintenance dose of hcg such as 500iu if you are trying to kick start your body to become fertile.
it can look like quite an expensive...
Personally I went straight to hcg and hmg for 3 months because the evidence I found on this site was the strongest for these two substances, albeit fsh seems equally suitable to hmg
I bought hmg from China. I did as much research as I could and just went with what appeared to be a reputable...
First lockdown in the UK lasted four months and all I had was a few kettlebells to work with. Kit was over priced and generally not available and just adapted my whole programme around those kettlebells. I lost minimal strength and condition and when I returned was hitting some pb’s in the...
Hi
I’m very interested to hear opinions, especially from those training for many years (decades) for how they cope with joint issues.
I currently take Flexmode supplement which includes glucosamine, MSM, chondrotin, turmeric and hyaluronic acid. Plus several grams of fish oil daily. Elbows...
Sounds as though the protocol has done wonders for you.
I started TRT on E3D shallow IM of Sustanon before moving to cyp and Ethanate (not at the same time) EOD 0.11ml of 300mg/ml, which means my test per week is 115mg.
My T levels were running a bit high and the consequences appear similar to...
Yes sir that’s right. Baby girl due next week or maybe even earlier.
I hope you get the results you are after. I guess I was lucky coming across the research on this forum and took swift action that gave the outcome we both wanted. As a result I can only report positive views on the...
Doesn’t this worry you though. If the joint pain comes back then it’s not healing and when your are on nandrolone and the joint pain subsides then you’ll most like hit the joint harder and causes more damage?
I’m concerned that I’m only accelerating the age related joint problems I’ve already got.
I guess that’s my underlying concern. There’s no question that nandralone has made training materially more enjoyable in respect of my elbow discomfort I had for a few years prior, but by being able to do curls and pressing without any real issues going to haunt me more later in life because...
I keep reading comments that Nandralone heals joint issues but other experts suggests that’s not the case and all it does is mask pain.
Is there a categorical answer, as I’m very grateful for the benefits it has on my elbows but am unsure if the effects will last beyond the use of nandrolone
Totally understand your thoughts here. Most of UK gyms require specific time slots to be booked and my closest one even limits you to one zone if the gym. Luckily we don’t have to wear masks and I managed to find a gym 25 mins drive away without the need to pre book and with loads of great...
ill let others tackle the clomid question, but three months is the minimum time you should have allowed on the previous regime and at least done a hone fertility test, which whilst not 100% accurate might have helped restore some confidence that the strategy might have been working fine.
min...
Concerning your earlier post a couple of things was notable. First you started HCG some months after TRT and so possibly by this point you were already infertile.
it’s relevant because you then took a hcg dose that many would say is to maintain fertilitynot restore it.
most of the studies I...
Yes, wife was pregnant during month 3. Now 7 months pregnant and expecting a daughter on October 31st.
The fertility test I did showed that I had restored my fertility and so it became just a matter of time.
