Latest test result - disappointed

My latest testosterone test came back at 5.2 ng/mL on a 1.68-7.46 ng/mL scale.
Is this a good result from taking 60mgs test c injections every 3.5 days with 250iu of hcg every 3.5 days? 520 on 240-950 scale? I need to increase the test or both? 44yrs old. I could feel better in my opinion. Libido recently took a nose dive.

How long have you been on this protocol? When was your blood drawn, just prior to an injection? What was your free testosterone and what is your SHBG?

6 weeks on test shots every 3.5 days. 3 weeks hcg every 3.5 days. I do not have numbers for the free test yet. No SHBG test ordered. Prior to injections I applied 300mgs compounded test cream daily for 2yrs and got to 5.7 on that same scale.

You need that SHBG, the more likely answer isn't more testosterone but more frequent than E3.5D...answer lies in the SHBG, and Free T

No SHBG was ever obtained? Not even prior the start of therapy? You moved from compounded cream to injections because...
