I was wondering if any members use L plantarum PS128 for mental health?

I use all kinds of probiotics. I think the gut is so vital to our mental and physical health. Miso soup, natto, yogurt, yukult, saurkraut, kombucha, etc.,
I should add that i have had anxiety all of my life. Secondary hypo with very little LH being produced. TRT has done wonders for my anxiey and resilence since it appears I always had low free and total.
