Surprised to see high dose clomiphene. I wonder why even our friend Dr Ramasamy does not report libido in the case studies he presents. No matter how good LH, FSH and semen analysis (SA) are on paper, no pregnancy will occur with low libido and ED.

Not to mention aberrations in estradiol that can occur with Clomid differently from other forms of TRT.
