Confused About Blood Work Results

I received my labs today and it was actually very surprising. The highest my test has been was ~450/9 free and my results are below. It baffles me as my test increased nearly 200 points since my last test even though I actually feel worse. I can't think of anything that could have contributed to that. Results are below....

Total test: 647
Free test: 16.7
SHGB: 37.8
Prolactin: 17.8 (high)
Estradiol: 24.9
DHT: 51
LH: 6.9
Hemoglobin: 15.5
Hematocrit: 45.9
PSA: 0.5

Im wondering why I feel worse than I did before when my numbers are higher.

Have you ever did a complete thyroid panel? TSH, Free T4, free T-3, reverse T3 and both antibodies.

Hypothyroidism can have the same symptoms as low-T

I did get those checked as well. Results are below...

TSH: 2.46
Free T4: 1.24
Free T3: 3.2
Reverse T3: 19.3

Post reference ranges and assays used for TT/FT/e2.

Your SHBG is near the norm and far from being low or high and with a TT 647 ng/dL you most likely have a decent FT level and the only way to truly know where it sits is to have it tested using the most accurate assays such as the gold standard Equilibrium Dialysis or Ultrafiltration.

Regarding labs: post # 11, 13, 16, 17

you have a Thyroid problem given your RT3 where it is at. I would discuss T3 supplementation with your doctor. I would NOT take T4 given lack of conversion.

Reposting thyrood results with ranges below which all look to be in range...

TSH: 2.46 (.45-4.5)
Free T4: 1.24 (.82-1.77)
Free T3: 3.2 (2-4.4)
Reverse T3: 19.3 (9.2-24.1)
