Stomach pain on trt

Thanks for the add,been on Testosterone 1.62 percent topical gel for about two months three pumps a day anyone having back pain stomach pain and discomfort in right testicle

I restarted TRT two weeks ago and have experienced testicle pain/aching and also experienced it the first time going on TRT. It's happening because the testicles are starting to atrophy. You might even notice the pain switches to the left testicle and may even go back and forth.

The stomach pain I have no idea about.

Any resolution to this? Im experiencing extreme stomach discomfort with heartburn. So much Im considering dropping TRT protocol.

Im doing 100 mg a week divided in two injections.
I went for a 4 week lab check (currently on week 6)
These are the values:
E2 - 13 ( range 15-30) pg/ml
Test - 822
Free Androgen Index - 75
SHBG - 38 nmoL/L
