Latest bloodwork in, E2 fixed, still feel awful

Hey guys, about a month ago I crashed my E2 and felt awful, as expected. I've stuck to my Defy prescribed 150mg T cyp every week since, without an AI, and without any other "experiments."

Well, I still don't have much in terms of libido, and I just feel all in all worse off than when I started, between sexual function, mood, and energy levels. I am one of those guys who started with a "lowish" TT and just out of range FT. I did great on Clomid at first, and when I briefly "tried" TRT months ago, I noticed a marked improvement across the board.

Where I started:
TT in the 400-500 range
FT <10
SHBG ~40

When crashed E2:
TT 529
FT 18.6
E2 12.9

Now:
TT 716
FT 29.5
E2 29.3

I am surprised that 150mg isn't pushing me higher than 716. The only other thing going on is that I've been taking Unisom nightly because I still can't sleep. Was thinking of breaking that habit this weekend and seeing if it helps.

Short of scheduling an early consultation with Dr Saya, any suggestions I could look into now?

Well my suggestion was going to be increased frequency, EOD or ED, lol. So maybe just give it time? Numbers change quickly, actual physical changes may be slower.

You need to look closely at other things, like thyroid, cortisol and mineral testing. Your TRT experience mirrors my own, I turned out to have multiple mineral deficiencies, iron, potassium, vitamin C and vitamin D which cause IBS symptoms and paralyzed my gut.

You left out the most important detail. Length of time with each regimen. If it’s been like 10 weeks with everything stable I’d say up your dose a bit or add hcg. Otherwise just wait it out.

Thanks Joe. I’m going to bump up my next consultation a little bit I think and see if Dr Saya thinks we should adjust it then. Until then leaving it alone.
