Nope tried again on my phone. Won't let me register. Says "words i typed do not match display".

I just registered on Defy Medical without problems. I think you may have your security settings wrong or something is wrong with your browser. I use chrome.

I use chrome. It asks me to type 2 words at the bottom but there are none.

Yes. It has a captcha and my browser won't laod the captcha. Primebody's website just won't load at all.

What browser and computer are you using? Chrome and Firefox tend to have the least security issues, whereas Safari and Explorer often block websites unnecessarily.
