I'm seeking and achieving fat loss and muscle gain. I'm 47 and am stronger now than I was 27. I weigh 228, down from 248. I still drink once a week (binge like a mother) so I still enjoy myself. It takes time and dedication.

Was just watching another video from Tailor Made. Only 1/3 of the way through, but they were just mentioning dosing for CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin. Here’s the whole video. Really good information in it so far.

Just ordered some CJC-1295 off of Peptidesciences. After doing a bunch of research, they seemed like the safest bet. Really wish Empower would start making it already, or Defy would allow me to order it from Tailor Made, but since those aren’t currently options, peptidesciences seemed like the next best option. I was just going to run Ipamorelin by itself, but after watching some more videos, and doing more research, it can actually cause long term issues if you run a GHRP without a GHRH. I’ll obv keep you guys posted on how things go.
