I had the consultation with Dr Saya on 10/1 - It went very well, and I feel extremely comfortable with Dr Saya as my doctor.

Started the follwoing protocol on 10/9:

T cyp 200mg/ml - 0.08ml SQ DAILY (29G, 1/2" insulin syringe)

HCG 400iu inject 40units SQ Monday & Thursday to prevent testicular atrophy

No AI - monitor E2 levels and symptoms

Metformin 500mg ER tab by mouth twice daily for evidence of insulin resistance

Metabolic detox x 2 caps by mouth every morning for liver health

Alright,

I've changed the thread title to make it more appropriate for my updates.

*Decided to go with Life Extensions Fish Oil.

It's now been a week since starting the protocol. I've finally weaned my self fully off of Wellbutrin; Which I took for OCD/Anxiety/Focus.

As of right now, I'm having a hard time with focus, and my OCD is annoying the hell out of me.

1. My sleep has improved, and when I wake up I feel as if I actually slept for the number of hours I was sleeping. It seems to have knocked out the 'two o'clock feeling' & I feel very rested.

The only issue that seems to have popped up over the last week is when I feel myself about to fall asleep I feel the need to stretch my legs and move them constantly.

2. My Mood is about the same, kinda irritable, and after reflecting it's about little things. Walking into the post office & seeing a line out the door had me angry, lol. Usually, I'd just deal with it, and I could be patient.

Overall, I've felt more good than bad.

One thing I did notice was on HCG days(Monday/Thursday) I feel really good after a couple of hours of taking it. Not 100 % sure why, but I'm not complaining.

3. Libido - About the same, no change. I did notice that my testes have increased in size. No morning erections - Question - Should this be every day?

4. My appetite has decreased.

5. No exercise. We have a 1-year old(Hard to find the time to get to the gym) and just moved into a bigger place. We're working on getting a couple pieces of workout equipment(Elliptical/Weight bench/Squat rack) now since we have more room.

That's about all I can think of. I'll update next week!
