53 yo male
Squash 3x per week
Kettlebell routine 2x per week
Feeling great all around but noticed lower libido in the last year or two, plus afternoon hammock sessions more appealing etc
Getting blood work done next week then a zoom consultation with men’s health clinic doctor.
I’m probably going to begin a protocol soon after, unless the bloods results are radically different to what I’m expecting. Which is moderate age related decline.
My concerns are around the long term consequences. Fussing with needles and stuff forever. The eventual consequences of getting off the protocol, if that’s ever desired. Potential side effects that require additional bs and additional medical interventions.
So far I’ve avoided all medical intervention in life.
I’d love to hear from long term users who are not only interested in gym gains. I guess I mean more moderate users looking to simply maintain good quality of life as long as possible.
