I never got a second call from the nurse that day or the next, I called them 48hrs later and said hey WTF, how do I order meds and so forth and so on...so make sure you get that call and can place an order, etc etc

He told me the nurse would call in one to two hours to recap and place the order... It has been 2 hours so I will give them one more hour and call... Thanks for the heads up... I was hoping to get the meds by the end of the week if possible...

Hey Mica - Heads up on the nurse. Jill is by herself this week so there may be a delay in the call back. Defy normally has 2 paramedic's backing her up, but one had to leave last week due to family issues, and the other is on vacation. So give her some room to call back.

Vince I don't know what happened with your callback but that is not normal for Defy.

I'm OCD so whey they say 1-2 hours my brain starts going hay wire after the 120th minute... Just past 4 hours... I'll probably call at the end of the day to give her plenty of time, but I still want the order in today if possible...

That is good!!! It was a great call just a ton of information... I have 2 pages of notes and we are going to run more labs too...

Updated protocol-

80MG of cyp twice a week
125 units of HCG daily
DHEA/Pregnenolone capsule each night
5 MG of Tadalafil daily
Also adding Fish oil to try and raise my good Cholesterol...

Checking DHT labs tomorrow... Might add a topical Test to raise DHT... I will keep everybody posted to see how this goes!!!

I'm currently waiting on test results to see how that is affecting my DHT, had a blood draw late last week.

Are you feeling any better? I did pretty well on topicals alone but never achieved the TT and Free T levels I am at right now... I was actually a little out of control on the topicals... Maybe I felt a little too good (if that is possible).... I think balance is probably best for me...

I'm not feeling anything tangible. My initial result was 36 in a 16-79 range, so of course I wanted to get that elevated. It'll be a day or two more for the results to come back but I expect to double the application to the scrotum.

From my understanding on the call yesterday if you tank DHT it can take awhile to build back up (if I understood correctly)... Sounded similar to E2 dive...

What is the 5AR problem? I have been on oral fin for 15 years but never had issues... Switching to a topical form just to be safe.... I think my deal is I felt so good on the topical feeling normal isn't good enough... Just like when you are on T you think you just feel ok until you get off and crash and really know what it feels like to feel bad......

For me it was far worse than I could have ever imagined... The only upside was it was really the only time in my life I slept like a rock... Just exhausted (in it's purest form) when it was bed time and out until the alarm woke me up... I don't sleep nearly as well but I think it is simply because my body doesn't need it....

You might consider starting a new thread in the test results subfolder. This current thread is lengthy and references HCG and AI as the topic. You would probably attract more response.
