If you take that T and split it up and get to an EOD routine of 30/40/50mg you're going to have less aromatization, there's less T there to be declared excess. For instance if youre shooting 200mg a week, total, thats ~28.5 each day, so EOD you'd shoot a nice even 60mg. Assuming you're using that much, which 200/week is pretty up there. I for instance do 50mg EOD.

Do you do it Subq or IM? I have no issues with the HCG at all... For some reason the IM shot are tough for me... I would love to switch my test to the same type shot as my HCG... I have no issue with EOD....

A lot of SubQ folks here. My first attempt was with .29 gauge needle which took forever even at 200mg twice per week. I've since been lowered to 200mg so it's 100mg twice per week. Others found the 27 gauge was a little better. Defy sent me SubQ needles where I draw with (I think) a 20 or 21. Then inject with a 25. No pain with that though the needle is 5/8 rather than 1/2.

I use the very common and popular 29g 1/2" and inject in the upper outer thigh. It's a "shallow" IM, if not subq. I think folks get wrapped up too much about injection spots, subq and IM, blah blah. None of that is right or wrong, just boils off to personal preferences.

I currently do my Cyp in outer quad and my HCG in the "love handle" area.... I tried my HCG in a delt and it was like injecting into a piece of leather... I just don't think I could do it there with the cyp... I just want to do whatever is the easiest...

Need some feedback on what you guys think I should do.... I switched to Defy... Problem is I am out of Test/HCG and my Consult is January 5th.... My free T was crazy high so am I ok to fall for a couple weeks or should I go to my previous provider and get script for a couple more injections?

Ride it out or go back to your other source for a bit. Once you have your consult, just FYI, it'll be 7-10 days before you have meds in hand with the pharmacy preparing and shipping things.

So I would be out for 3/4 weeks.... That might be pretty tough...

There's always overnight shipping at big cost...for instance the standard UPS ground they charge $15. Not sure what overnight cost is but it's available. And when you have your consult, when you wrap it up tell them you need the script to the pharmacy ASAP and all that. You can get it faster but it could cost an arm and a leg. I had to do that my first time with Defy, had to press them to do things quicker than they may have done it otherwise. I just stressed that I was nearly out of T and they worked with me on it.
IN the end you won't die or really undo anything youve accomplished to this point in ~3 weeks time.

Had my consult with Defy on 12/17. Patient rep called me and put together my prescriptions meds. I had the meds by noon the next day via Fedex. I'm in the middle of nowhere SW Colorado. Defy is very responsive.

So a friend just sent me a text regarding his visit today with my previous provider.... He told him that his estrogen should be 0 as a man. Because of me(reading on this site) I felt my E2 was elevated and it is. My friend is probably in range but it is not the sensitive test so who knows... But this is what we are up against... E down to 0???? Anyway if my consult goes well and I very much think it will, Defy will be getting a lot of referrals!!!

Mica, If you can demonstrate that you are currently on prescribed TRT I should think just about any MD would be willing to write a one time Rx while you wait to complete the Defy intake. Avoidable treatment interruptions never make sense.

No problem getting legal vultures to draw blood over Androgel so what keeps them from castrating the hoards
masquerading as educated HRT practitioners?

He really is beyond clueless... I know very little on this subject but know so much more than him... Again he has one protocol... 200 MG once per week... And I felt the high E2 symptoms (and brought it is his attention) so he tested me and a few of my friends and he has come to the conclusion that we need to be at 0.... I think I will have several of the local folks follow me to Defy...

Having an E2 at or near zero is a serious health risk as well as being just beyond comprehension in general. Very bad for your lipid profile, your joints will be very painful, you will have ED that literally does not respond to any dose of Viagra or Cialis, the list goes on and on...

My 2-cents: Go back for one or two more T shots (if that is an option) until you get your Defy meds and then never look back.

I will do this as you and re-ride suggested... He will let me, he is a nice guy but clueless.. One thing I would like to point out... During my "fall" the nipple sensations subsided very quickly and actually some morning wood.... I am just assuming my E2 is falling as well and the Nitric stack is working pretty good....

pick a whatever your one or two top problems are and what you want to get out of it and be sure to ask. Also review your paperwork that you submitted, things like your physical and health questionnaire, you'll want to know those front and back as he will discuss those with you.

I never got a second call from the nurse that day or the next, I called them 48hrs later and said hey WTF, how do I order meds and so forth and so on...so make sure you get that call and can place an order, etc etc
