Yes, increasing dosage will definitely increase duration. It could increase hardness, but if you are already rock hard, then probably not.

But be very careful with increasing dosage. Even a small increase might extend the time greatly. Too much and you’ll be on your way to the emergency room.

I am at the point of trying Trimix because ED meds are just not helping me. I can get hard naturally most mornings, but I don't stay hard long enough to finish. By nighttime, rarely happens at all. Viagra is hit or miss on producing anything other than congestion. I take a daily 5mg Cialis at night before bed.

I'm worried that if I go with trimix, is that it -- I'm on it for the rest of time? I want to have it around for when I absolutely want to have an afternoon in bed with my wife. She's been patient so far, but it's gotta be taxing for her to see me flail around in spite of TRT and meds. This wasn't an issue when we first got together.

not to worry, from my experience there is no negative long term effect. Again speaking from my own experience, you’ll never go back once you have used Trimix. You can forget the frustration on both sides of flailing around waiting for something to happen.
