Haha I don’t need treatment. I’m with defy. Was just wondering what your cream protocol was that has you feeling so good. I’m on the cream as well. 2 clicks to scrotum, and 1 click to back of knees in am, and 3 clicks to inner forearms in pm. 300mg/ day total.
Do you mind sharing how many mg’s of the cream you’re on per day, and whether you apply once or twice daily?

I apply twice daily 150mg morning 150mg night, directly to scrotum then i got all my other hormones optimized with him

Ive seen this in the states for my own labs, have you tried spelling it out for them? Dihydrotestosterone. People at the lab nothing would come up for them with "DHT" but you spell it out and there it is.

I only felt my best when i got my thyroid optimized. I was scared of it at the beggining but when i started my treatment i understood i was going to feel awesome...
It was in the normal low range before.

He is an open minded doc. I went to him with the protocol of dr keith nichols, and with all the studies for scrotal cream. Then he accepted and is helping me optimizing personaly because everyone is différents
Sorry to keep asking you questions about your protocol, but do you mind if I ask what your thyroid protocol is? I’m currently on 1/2 grain of WP thyroid (NDT) in the am. Curious to what your protocol is since you feel so good. Thanks.
We will all need a different amount. You can't go by what anyone else does. Just get your TSH under 2, Free T3 in upper quartile and Free T4 midrange. These are all approximates as we all feel different at different levels.

The main goal I have with asking people about their thyroid protocols, especially when they’re doing well, is is to gather information on how many are doing well on NDT, how many are doing well on T4/T3 combo, how many are doing well on NDT/ T3 combo, and how many are doing well on just T3 alone. The other reason I ask, is because I’m trying to see if taking a little bit of thyroid medication can just add to my already endogenous production of thyroid hormones, or if I have to totally suppress my endogenous production and completely replace it without exogenous thyroid hormones. Or maybe a 3rd scenario, where you take a low amount of exogenous thyroid hormones, that does suppress your endogenous production slightly, but also adds to your endogenous production, and leaves you with a net positive of hormones, compared to where you started.

Maybe just ask my doc, he can analyze your bloodwork. In france he is known to be one of the greatest spécialist in thyroid

What works for me may not be working for you. As i said everyone is différents and thyroid is a subtile thing to optimize, sensitvity differs in everyone. I take double your dose, that means i have another dose in the afternoon
Thank you for your response. Was just curious to see if you required a large dose or a small dose of NDT to feel as good as you do. I’ve heard a lot of people say that most feel optimal on 3-5 grains of NDT. So nice to know that you’re feeling optimal on just 1 grain. I’m hoping I can get optimal on a low dose as well. So far so good. Here were my labs on just a 1/4 grain of WP thyroid in am. Currently on 1/2 grain in am, and will be getting labs done soon. Sorry to the OP for derailing the thread a bit.
T3 total - 130 (76-181)
T4 total - 6.3 (4.5-10.5)
Free T3 - 3.9 (2.3-4.2)
Free t4 - 0.9 (0.8-1.8)
Rt3 - 9 (8-25)
TSH - 0.60 (0.4-4.5)

3 to 5 grains are very high doses. A few people may need that, but imo most dont. If you do not feel optimal, ask your doc to add a dose in the afternoon, very important because of the T3 half life.

Not sure if anyone here closely follows the lifting dermatologist, but he is close friends with Dr Keith Nichols and they have a wonderful private ******** group. It's especially useful for information and testamonials on testosterone cream use, as pretty much every question imaginable has been asked on there. What I'm noticing is a lot of compounding pharmacy's make shit cream. Dr Keith Nichols himself will only use two compounding pharmacy's for his patients, Medquest and a small one in North Georgia I believe. He says that those two are third party tested for potency, and I'm quite sure Empower Pharmacy is as well. Just a heads up for everyone that just blindly trusts that whatever they get from a pharmacy is totally legit and good to go. I believe compounding pharmacy's are held to less strict standards, but I could be wrong on that.
I'd like to try cream with injections but am worried about hair loss. Kinda strange I'm up to 200mg. per week T-cyp and no hair issues. Has me wondering what's going on with my DHT levels. In the past I tried using various supplements to increase "load volume" well they increased volume alright but my hair was falling out in huge clumps.
