Mackenzie Sennett, BS, of the Dept. of Dermatology, Penn State College of Medicine, Hershey, PA, presents data on differences in the gene expression patterns in non -lesional skin from individuals with acne when compared to healthy individuals with no history of acne. Findings indicate potential new therapeutic options, including a role for mTOR inhibition.
