Thanks I will talk with my doc If he can switch me to 150mg every 7 days. Also going to see if he can put an order for the sensitive test and see how my estradiol comes back. Depending on the results I might start on the anastrozole to lower my estrogen and try cutting the pills so I don't have to take 1mg twice a week.

500iu's of HCG EOD is a lot in my opinion and lowering it would probably help lower your estrogen and lower more frequent doses of testosterone should also help. I would explore that route before I started and AI I would try maybe 80mg of test and 250-500ius 2x a week combined in the same syringe like in nelsons video

Went back to the doctor and got my lab work done. Quick update I feel much better, since I started TRT, Sex drive and libido are coming back slowly but surely!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My Estradiol came back at a 72.6 and he said that is in the high side. My current TRT is Testosterone 200mg Every 10 days 500ui HCG EOD. He prescribed Arimidex 1mg Monday's and Thursday's for two months and I'm suppose to go back and get some labs done to see if my Estrogen went down. My question is, is this too high to start with, should I ask for smaller dosage and will I loose my overall progress. I have heard if my E goes down too low due to high dosage of Arimidex it can cause other problems. Again I would like to thank everyone for your help.

Thanks for posting up some labs. It would help if you put in the ranges also, for future reference.

A couple of things jumped out at me here:

1.) Your SHBG at 21.6 is definitely on the lower side, and you would benefit from more frequent Test injections. If you just broke down your current dosage (600mg/month) for every 3.5 day injections, that would be approx 75mg every 3.5 days. This would greatly decrease the aromatization you're currently experiencing with your every 10 day dose. It would also give you much more stable levels during the week, as compared to your current protocol.

2.) Your current HCG dosage of 500IUs EOD is too high. This high dosage isn't helping your E2 levels either. HCG aromatizes in the testicles, and Adex won't help you. IMHO, you would be better served with 500IUs every 3.5 days, and leave it at that.

3.) 1mg BIW of Adex will crash your E2. It's not a matter of "if," it's a matter of "when." I can pretty much guarantee it. Trust me when I tell you...you don't want that. I agree with the other guys here...start with a dosage of .25mg BIW, and see how it goes from there. Draw blood again in 4-6 weeks.

Thanks, I will give the Adex a chance for one month but going to do what you recommended and not the 2mg a week recommended by the doctor. Depending on how my Estradiol comes back I will ask the doc to change my dosage and frequency of my Test and HCG and retest until I find that sweet spot. I just started about three month ago so I know I have an up hill battle to stay at a certain range where I can feel good and not be in dangerous levels. Again thanks everyone for all your help and input. I will update when my next lab is done in a month.
