I haven't tried applying testosterone cream to my navel, but I'm curious to hear if others have it and what their experiences were like. It's also good to know that you're trying out hydrogel and seeing some positive results, although I'm sorry to hear about the low level anxiety and headaches. I hope those side effects subside as your body adjusts to the new treatment. By the way, have you heard about the cialis coupon 2023? Yes. I have been having lots of issues with this. Had to donate recently because hematocrit was 55.3. To make matters worse, my ferritin is suppressed, and I have severe symptoms from that. Trying to treat it with iron worsens the hematocrit problem. The Vorck protocol did not provide any therapeutic benefit and did not impact my numbers.

I can't quite decide what has the greatest influence on Epo and hepcidin: the overall levels, even if transient or the duration of supraphysiologic levels? Scrotal cream skyrockets my numbers, but I also think levels are transient. Despite this, I have the hematologic consequences.

Like @MegaTurd, I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. Seems that Natesto is the safe choice for guys like us.

No promises but if I can stave off the jelly nose fatigue I may just hold off on pulling labs for a while and assess based solely on how I feel without letting less than spectacular numbers cloud my judgement.

I will say, it’s a huge weight of my shoulders whenever I am on Natesto just because I know from experience I don’t have to worry about all of troublesome side effects/consequences that plague me using other modalities: poor sleep, thick blood, anxiety, low ferritin, shorter fuse, muscle cramping, smaller nuts, HPTA shutdown, higher BP, etc. For those thinking… well MegaTurd has just been on too high a dose in the past, I’ve gone as low as 50mg/week for sustained long periods. I havev’t been on equine dosages (>75mg/week) since 2017. I’ve tried every modality out there (excluding pellets) over the last 15 years and Natesto has been the kindest.

Oh, I am on the goo alright. Restarted a few days ago. So far, feel ok. Just gotta play the long game and remember how crappy non-anemic iron deficiency feels...

Typically, when I use cream, it's scrotal. I suspect that the peaks are a crap ton higher than if if I apply to the arms. I have some labs to support this, but don't know with 100% certainty. Preliminary data suggests that 100mg of scrotal cream once a day gets me to 900-1000 range (or higher) 4-5 hours after application and DHT in the 300's. One set of labs taken after 100mg on the shoulder had me at 474 total T, but it was after 3PM. So, apples to oranges comparison. If I knew the peak was more reasonable with shoulder application, I could try that for a while.

That said, it would feel like a half-measure to me and if I feel sluggish and shitty, I won't know if it's because my hypogonadism is under treated or if my ferritin is cratered.

For now, it's the goo, but stay tuned...

Do u have any side effects when ur HCT is 55?
