Team,

First off, thank you for your continued support and advice. I have incorporated most all of the points you have shared, over time.

Most recently, (6 weeks ago, I stopped taking AI due to Gene pointing out I was entering the danger zone with tanking E2. (6) weeks later my E2 has rebounded significantly.

Also, I'm really starting to feel good. I started TRT this past January and have been working to get into the groove every since. I can feel it..... I'm getting closer!

In addition, I started taking a new multi-vitamin that a few of the Excel male team recommended and I have experienced some improvements over the brand I was taking. Now using "Orange Triad". I had been fighting bloat and once I switched, the bloat was gone in a few days! I didn't see that one coming....

- I've posted my last two blood work profiles for referencing. The latest is on top. These tests are (6) weeks a part. It has been (12) weeks since my last pellet insertion.

- I Re-started AI today, .25 mg every 3rd day. This has been the very hardest to control. Either I'm too high or too low. Please offer some insight & advice.

- 1st pellet cycle was (20) weeks and was too long. (felt terrible at the end)

- 2nd cycle is complete in (2) weeks and that will have been (14) weeks since the 2nd insertion. The blood work below reflects my latest levels, in prep for the insertion.

The 2nd set of tests below reflects my levels, (6) into the 2nd cycle. Test results were very high. I actually was not feeling all that great. Gene suggested that due to my hper-physiological state, I should consider a dosage adjustment.

This cycle, my doctor plans to adjust the dose down from 2000 MG to 1600 MG (I'm nervous about that). (each pellet is 200 mg).

I'm starting to feel good!

Current Profile:
55 years old
Just re-strated AI - .25 mg every 3rd day (need doseage advice. EOD is too much)
6' tall
215 lbs (decent muscle mass for an older guy)

The reason you are having trouble managing your E2 is because your test serum and free/bio test is so high. Your body is only doing the natural thing by converting excess E2. All of this starts to come together when you find the area where balance can be achieved readily. If you took injections, or even gels, you could make your adjustments rather easily.

From what I can see, all your focus is sitting on Test & E2. There's nothing on thyroid, DHEA, adrenals, iron or ferritin. It will be next to impossible to create a complete wellness program when overlooking such important areas. Also, tell your doctor to get rid of the LH & FSH labs. At this stage they are useless and will provide no meaningful data.

BTW, your potassium is right at the bottom of the ref. range. Could just be dehydration and nothing, as your previous lab was better. However, I'd still like to see the other labs that I mentioned, plus magnesium, D3 while you're at it.

Chris

Thanks and not sure why the points you mentioned were not ordered on the bloodwork. Seems random on the Doc's part. I will address.

Regarding D3, you make an interesting inquiry. Several weeks ago, I enaging the team as why my energy levels are so low. A different vitamin was mentioned and I switched. In the same post, D3 levels were mentioned.

When I switched to Orange Triad vitamins, I also began a D3 suppliment and am now taking 8000 Iu daily.

Energy is definitely better. In the past 6 weeks, I'm feeling the best since starting TRT this past January.

Hi Tom

Using Orange Triad with joint, digestion and immune support? Came as a recommendation from the guys. I had constant bloat and tried everything. I was taking GNC mega men 50+. Within about three days after switching, my stomach bloat was gone!
