New Labs - Starting With Defy, Comments Welcome

Hi all,

Just had some labwork done but my appointment with Defy isn't until June. These results, which were requested by Defy, are from just 100mg/wk Test-E, no supplements or anything else. I just got back to USA so I wanted to get a good doctor on my return, hence why I signed up at Defy.

So I am a little confused.

Here are the labs: (Not sure why there was no test for t3, prolactin, pregnenolone, etc... but I am sure there is a good reason) *note: the number after the F is my result.

Additional info about me:
-33 years old, 6'2", 190Lbs, waist size is about a 32. I am in good shape, no excess fat. Around 9% body fat.
- Eat super clean food (organic, low glycemic, no processed stuff, gluten free, etc...), with little sugar and I recently quit caffeine. I do not eat beef, pork or chicken. I eat eggs and fish however.
-I have crohn's disease which could explain the iron issues. I have had low iron in the past.

I currently do not take any medications for crohn's, I try to manage it through diet as much as possible. The sides on some of the medications are horrific and I want to avoid that as much as possible.

Thanks guys for any advice. I really do appreciate the feedback!

100mg test E...just once per week? Sounds like a terrible ester to use once per week, even twice would be less than ideal with E's half-life.

CoastWatcher, I realized that I put that in the wrong channel. This is the blood work channel. So I wanted to switch it over, however I could not figure out how to delete the old one. Is it really that big of a deal?

I will delete the old one. Duplicate threads skew a number of metrics that are of use for ad sales and traffic.

Do you guys think I should stay at this current level? Or are there adjustments to be made?
If you make changes now, in advance of your consultation with Defy, how will you and the medical team know what worked and what didn't? Your discussion with Defy will be based on your symptoms (how you feel) and these labs. If you make a change you'll be throwing everything up in the air. Stay the course.

I'm in total agreement with my friend here.
