Tadalafil Effectiveness

Quick question for y'all. I've been on tadalafil for several years now. I was originally prescribed it for BPH, but obviously enjoyed the other side effect. lol Anyway, my insurance stopped covering it, so decided to go with a research chem version a while back. Good results, and same side effect (stuffy nose). So about 3 months ago, I noticed that Defy Medical was offering 3 mg tadalafil (through Empower), and the cost wasn't too bad so I decided to give it a go.

Here's the rub. I'm not sure it's working as well as the research chem stuff, in regards to erection quality. Additionally, I'm not getting ANY side effects (stuffy nose, sore back, etc...)

Has any one had any issues with the effectiveness of Empower's Tadalafil?

I bought both Tadalafil & Sildenafil capsules through Empower at max dosages, and both had zero effect good or bad. I always get noticeable side effects from both. I later got Tadalafil from CVS and it worked fine.

I've always bought my ED meds from reliable RX. I've never had any issues.

Thank you both for your replies. I'm really only using Empower because I was under the (maybe misguided) impression that Defy only sends scripts to them. I guess I need to call and confirm that I can choose my only pharmacy.

Now that Cialis and Viagra have fully gone generic, I only use US pharmacy meds RXd by my PCP. For 20 Viagra 100 mg tabs is $22. My 30 day, 5 mg Cialis is only $16. Cialis can still be expensive so shop around pharmacies and discount cards. I use my HSA card, so I pay with pretax dollars, thus effectively making the meds 30% cheaper.
