I received a reply back from all day chemist this morning regarding my inquiry as to why the option for using Visa goes away once you enter the checkout portion of their site, this is their response:
"Please note that our payment processing gateway is down and we are not able to take payment through credit cards. We are not sure by when we will get the new payment processing gateway.
You are requested to please pay through Echeck, check, money order, wire transfer or Epayworx.

This is a very similar response to what two reps at securetabs had to say regarding their Visa processing issues.
