Tadalafil(Cialis), how long to kick in?

I don't mean to nit pick, but sildenafil (Viagra) under the name Revatio is FDA approved for daily use. The down side is that because of the half life the dosing is 3 times a day.

It's FDA approved to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension in both men and women.

For many, TRT alone does not resolve all erectile issues. As for dosing, one can take Cialis on a daily basis. Five milligrams daily is the recommended dose. Many take more than that.

This is true for me with TRT things work but in my case after I was T-boned things haven't been the same and I still get a charley horse pain in the prostate area when I climax sometimes.

Not nit-picking at all, you are right. I tend to put that out of mind because of the three-time-a-day dosing. Have you/do you rely on it?

I liked the idea of once a day Tadalafil(Cialis) working when you need it. I tried 10mg yesterday and today I haven't noticed too much yet but can Tadalafil(Cialis) make it more difficult to climax?

The Mayo Clinic site specifically states that Cialis can help with premature ejaculation. There are multiple posts here attesting to the drug's efficacy in that regard.

Consider yourself very lucky that TRT alone resolved your ED and/or libido issues.

One of the biggest downfalls is cost... If you do not have a Cadillac insurance plan you will pay through the nose IF you can get your insurance company to approve it WITH the right diagnosis from your DR. If you self pay you will ponying up some $$$$$$$$$$$. Most will balk at an ED diagnosis. I have BPH and even with that diagnosis the paper work hurdle and crap that I would have had to go through to get approved, and the LOW co-pay, made it waaaaaaaaay outside my cost range.

I noticed more today. I was looking at Gene's Nitric Oxide Stack I was thinking the NO stack would amplify the effects of the Tadalafil, but had a question if L-Citrulline is converted to L-Arginine why take both?
Do you think this would work ok?

I have purchased that brand in the past (though not that supplement). I was pleased. Many of us follow Gene's Stack, or a modified version of it.

Look at the quanities that need to be taken of both Arg and Citrulline. There's less than half (I'm generalizing) the Arg is actually converted to NO, then about the same with Citrulline, that's why you have to take so much of each. Also both convert differently, the citrulline is in the urea cycle converts to Arg to NO, but Arg metabolizes differently. Citrulline, techinically, is the better of the two to take but they work in synergy, citrulline delivers more Arg and thus more NO.

TRT has kept libido very strong, (basically wanting my wife every night), but the erections became so unreliable it definitely became an issue. I ordered some Cialis and Viagra from one of the India overseas dispensers to experiment. I decided to start daily Cialis at 10mg a day, and also take one 50mg Viagra pill about an hour before sex. It worked like magic the very first day. The first week, Cialis was giving me very strong pressure headaches, almost unbearable, I was losing concentration throughout the day and constantly having to clear me ears. I experimented by reducing to 5mg and the headache was still there, however a lot less severe. When I knew wife and I were plannig to be intimate I increased back up to 10mg along with the 50mg Viagra. I noticed that 5mg daily is probably enough for me and the headaches are a lot less severe. My headaches have also reduced even at 10mg a day (I've been experimenting going up and down). The good news for me is, the stuff works no matter what dose I take, and it seems that my body has become accustomed to it, so the severe headaches are now very mild at best. This has been the past 2 1/2 weeks from a brand new user.

OK thanks I think bulk powder is the way to go just hate it when it tastes like ass lol.

Thanks for contributing your experience, I've been lucky I have had no negative side effect at 10mg so far well besides harder to climax. I have noticed its easier to get aroused(pitch a tent).
