Started my TRT journey yesterday.
After spending most of my life in a rut, hitting a wall every time I tried to get better, I decided to take the plunge. I'm 37 and never thought I'd have to be on hormone replacement therapy at this young age. But here I am and I'm very excited for the future, wish I had done it much much sooner... I know TRT isn't a panacea, but I've lived with low-t symptoms for most of my life and it seems like there's a good chance it will give me a shot.
I am a Defy patient and my starting protocol is:

- T-Cyp 50mg 3x/week (150mg/week)
- HCG 300IU 3x/week (900IU/week)
- No AI for now
- Pregnenolone + DHEA 25mg nightly
