Stable state AI

Hi,
With T the dosing frequency depends on SHBG etc and after a while a stable state is reached.
How often would you need to take Anastrozole to ensure to create a stable environment as the half life is much shorted compared to T. If 0.7mg (just a number that is easy are needed per week would 0.35mg twice a week better or 0.1mg daily to ensure there are not wild E swings?

Most members use an AI twice a week, hopefully you won't need one but if you do. Go by how are you feel and then labs.

Great example in which you wouldn't get reach a steady state as the half life is 50hrs so E3.5D dosing would not result in much in that way. Only if you were on a more frequent dosing could you be using enough to get a steady state and then I believe it's 10 days with Anastrozole.
