All the ones I have used since now were 1 ml and they were all coming with a replaceable needle.
There are some on sell on Amazon as well.

Which needle do the Easy Touch Syringes come with?
They look really small, so I thought you couldn't draw the oil with those.

Do you mind sharing which one you were using? The plan was to go with 5mg daily injected on deltoids or quads.

There's a variety of sizes available, ranging from 29-gauge, 1/2" down to 32-gauge, 1/4". You can get them at Sam's Club for a good price, where they are rebranded as Members Mark. I use 31-gauge, 5/16", which is ok for small doses of oil-based drugs, < 0.1 mL. For larger doses a larger size may be preferred.

Just to have an idea, after read about this in here I decided to switch from my 3cc syringe with 23-gauge - 1 1/2" needle to Easy Touch 1cc 29-gauge, 1/2"... time of withdraw was obviously more than with the previous syringe but is not the end of the world neither. I spend maybe 40 ~ 60 seconds to withdraw 1/2cc (50iu) for my 100mg 1st weekly shot. But is worth it, I feel nothing, no blood, nothing! I was thinking in buy some 27-gauge but them I give a tried to this 29-gauge first that I had it in my drawer. I use my outer quad today, so I think that deltoid is gonna be more than fine as well.
"... I know that this comment is out of the initial subject but is just my 2 cents..."

Can you state any downsides of daily injections?

Yeah...the downside is that you have to pin yourself every frigging day. That gets old real fast, and it may not even be necessary to pin that often.

I pin EOD because it's necessary. My E2 was running way too high on injections every 3.5 days, so I was willing to try anything to avoid taking anastrozole. Even with EOD injections, I still take a micro dose of anastrozole (0.1mg/BIW) to keep my E2 in check. I'm not willing to go to daily test injections, simply because it's too much of a PITA.

I would suggest starting test injections at every 3.5 days. See how it goes for a while. Check E2 after about 6-8 weeks, and adjust from there. You can thank me later.

that's not a medical reason not to do daily, its a preference. Medical is what i am looking for which no one seems able to give

every day is simple and takes less than 10 sec..

I started him 2 shots a week 50 mg each. He seems to be having shortness of breath already and some increased sleep apnea occurrences via his bipap machine tracking it.

I know hes not drinking enough water so HCT may be rising, i told him about this to drink more water 5 glasses or more a day, but up to him in the end.

As it is, you’ve been discussing this for a month. Is your Dad on yet? Has he started? I’ve been following this thread and I agree, it has gotten off topic. Get him started and get him walking or doing some resistance work. Even pushups are a good idea. In a month he’ll be raring to go and in 6 months he’ll be wondering why it took so long to get started.

I did start him 2 weeks ago or so ,on two 50 mg shots a week..

- he has some shortness of breath with activity and more sleep apnea episodes which are worrying [ from his bi pap montioring]
-he is overweight and a large waist line,
-poor diet,
-hasnt got back in to the gym yet

*He use to go to the gym about 3 days a week about a year ago but fell off the wagon

There's a fair chance he's retaining water. It's not atypical for someone just starting TRT at any age, but given his overall health as you mentioned, it'd be surprising if he wasn't. Monitoring blood pressure would be a really good idea if that's not happening already. There's blood pressure cuffs on amazon that sync via bluetooth to an app on your phone and keep all your history for you in one place for like $35. Best of luck to your dad!

based on his carb intake yes probably.. Told him to drink more water and start going to the gym again, all up to him to do in the end.. as well as why water is important

He also does 5mg cialis for nocturia, BP cuff is a good idea ty
