Gentlemen I had a semen anlysis done last week and I thought i would post the results.
My background is that I engaged in ~8 years of steroid and TRT use. Mostly the latter in the final 2-3 years of my journey. I never did hcg consistently (nor AI for that matter) I tried essentially every commonly available anabolic including 19-nors for extended periods.
I did my last shot of test Nov 23, 2023. I am 32 years of age.
I did not use any SERM/hcg/other PCT or recovery drugs other than tamoxifen/enclomiphene a few times back when i first got off. This was incosinstent and not really much of a protocol.
Before quitting I would try to read up on other people's experiences and was often frustrated with the lack of follow through on posts, so I thought I would do my part and post everything here so anyone curious has at least a sample size of 1.

I'll start with a bit of background. I have been on AAS/TRT for ~8 years. The first 5 or so full blown steroid use and the last 2.5/3 years on TRT. I never used hcg while on AAS and sporadically on TRT.
I pposted this thread on Nov 16 looking to lower my trt dose after a off the charts FT and E2 reading.
I had planned on doing 5mg a day to try get things under control. This lasted about 2 weeks, i felt better initially then started feeling like shit again and was tired of pinning every day...
