For those of you who have a raging libido and chase your significant other all over the place, can you state your current protocol and why you feel it's working so well. Thanks as always...

Libido is a variable that is unique to each of us and, like erectile function, one that poses challenges for many. I know in my case, mine is strong and sustained on a protocol made up of 16mg of testosterone injected every morning and 250 of HCG injected twice a week. Daily Cialis, 5mg, has been an element since I began TRT - even before the dial-in was achieved.

But on the subject you're polling, the statement that each one of us is different is absolutely true.

Like CoastWatcher said there are so many variables that it's hard to nail down the causes of low or high libido. But I have strong libido on the protocol below:

.5ml T Cyp 200 E3.5D
450 units HCG E3.5D
5 mg cialis BID (twice daily)
NO A.I.

In my case I would also give credit to a good exercise regimen and clean diet. If you're not up to doing some hard exercise a few times a week you're probably not up to chasing your partner with gusto either.

TRT is usually "sold" as providing a raging libido but often disappoints in that area. Everyone is different, some guys respond well to TRT, others not as much, even if they have the best doctor and cutting edge protocol. If you have a strong libido on TRT, count your blessings.

For me 100 mg testosterone cyp every 3 days, 500 IU Hcg every 3 days and 0.5 mg anastrozole every 3 days gives me very good libido, however when I add 25 mg of ment (trestolone) injectable every other day I get off control incredible libido.

My libido has been posted on a milk carton for the last two years, MIA. Please message me if you happen to find it. TRT has done nothing for myself in that area or any area at all. I'm getting my four week labs tomorrow.

I fell for that sales tactic. Aside from having my T levels below 400 for three straight years I sought out TRT to fix my libido. It seemed logical at the time. If my libido stayed high I would have never got on TRT. I also stopped enjoying life in general which I convinced myself was a T issue as well. I'm trying to optimistic seeing how this Thursday will be my fifth T shot.

Patience is a key virtue when it comes to this journey. At a minimum, a bare minimum, it takes weeks to achieve success on a protocol. It is far more likely that you'll need more than that to balance things and dial it all in. I did recover my libido, but it was one of the last elements to line up.

Well that and too many guys find ancillary health problems, all sorts of things from Thyroid, Adrenal, Kidney, Prostate...you name it.

Hang in there. It can sometimes take months and months to 1) get your protocol dialed in and 2) learn what works best for you and 3) start feeling the full results of having a better hormone balance. Along the way diet and exercise will play a part in helping your body to restore itself to a more healthful state.

I hope you do find that lost libido as well as the overall good health which you are seeking.

It seems like whatever amount of T I'm on, my libido stays very strong. But all through TRT, I've been consistent with my 500iu of HCG every 3 1/2 days and I never used an AI.

I really wish that someone would take some teens/early 20's males and start studying their levels as a way to replicate that in us 40 somethings.

I personally feel that there's something to the fact that in non-TRT young males, their T levels fluctuate throughout the day. That fluctuation, I personally believe, is a good thing as pertains to libido. That being said, I pin 70mg 3 times per week to stabilize peaks and troughs, and also in an attempt to lessen E2 issues.

I know plenty of guys that feel good on T CREAM. This may be due to many variables such as increased DHT and it's impact on sexual function, but also the fact that it's more natural in terms of daily fluctuations. I've only used IM/SQ but have been tempted to use compounded creams.

I've seen 2 people using creams easily achieving levels in the 800-900's TT. So, as opposed to the commercial gels, compounded creams, at high enough dose, can achieve good high normal levels.

Uhh, here if I say it sounds nice, well I can somewhat underestimate it. It should not be forgotten, however, that nothing should somehow prevent our pleasures from being satisfied. Of course within normal limits. Plus, we're in the 21st century, where practically everything that was once considered abnormal is ok today. This somehow is a plus for us. But, I believe that every man somehow tries to boast of his skills, but you should not be ashamed if you resort to the services offered by London escorts. It is a normal and acceptable phenomenon, at least I think so.
