Hi

I am currently very into fitness and want to start using protein supplements. What do you guys use/ what do you recommend?

For strength and lean body mass:


- NOW Foods Creatine Powder - Dissolve 5 grams of the powder in liquid before working out for enhanced muscle growth. Creatine is produced naturally in your body, and has been shown to increase strength and potentially even cognitive function. Don't take this if you have kidney problems, and lower your dose if you experience diarrhea.

- Nature's Best Zero Carb Isopure - This whey protein is great for people who are lactose intolerant, and you don't even need a mixer since it easily mixes with water! Many bodybuilders use this supplement right after a workout to help with lean body mass. Mix about 40 grams with liquid once or twice a day.
