I've just arrive from looking my backloaded syringes and I think I know what's the problem. I explain it:
As you see in the syringe photo, the scale starts to count just when the plunger is but when I backloaded and I wanted to extract the air then I pushed the plunger trying the oil arrive at the top of the needle. This is the error. There is some oil in between the top of the scale and the top of the needle. Perhaps this volume is 0.1ml and this is the reason why my sryges are loaded just to 0.3ml.
To avoid this I need to left a little air bubble on the top, but in all case I think some oil is goona slip by the needle in the process.
