72 mg TE every 5 days. Due to the high hct, hg, rbc I made a blood donation yesterday. So my peak TT/FT is 961 / 23.3, and my trough on day 5 right before injection is 600 / 13.5. Is the trough too low?

SHBG 30.9
Estradiol 35 (129 pmol range <162)
DHEA-S 173.2 (4.7 umol range <15)
ALT 40 (range <50))
AST 21 (range <35)
GGT 20 (range 14-62)

That's all the labs you have?

What is your HCT at? Have you done a sleep study?

Did you get two latest labs? One at peak and one at trough?

If your trough is that low have you considered dosing 2x/wk? I can't remember your history.

HCT 56, Hg 19.1, Rbc 6.94. But I donated blood right after. Can’t do twice a week. I tried and it sucked. Not only was my peak the same as my current trough, but hct went up, acne went up and all test benefits disappeared. Every 5 days is the sweet spot.

I don't think you're trough is too low and because of your high HCT, I wouldn't increase your testosterone dose. Hopefully over time your HCT will stabilize. As you probably already know, drink lots of water and if you can tolerate taking a baby aspirin, I would.

what is the Free T lab range? If you like this dose and 5 day routine then there's no reason to change anything because of numbers on a lab report. Note here to that you're using the wrong E2 test.
