Once the Ovitrelle pen is finished, I use it to store Testosterone cypionate from the ampoule, for microdosing. I have been doing that for years.

How are you refilling the pen?

Alright, got my shot. For anyone who is curious about some specifics of the pen:

* The dot in the dose display is meant for you to eject an initial part of the content and remove bubbles
* One click = 260 UI, every time you inject it resets to 0. I sacrificed 3 doses to make sure it was pouring out the same amount every time I did one click, it seemed to be the case
* When you inject, keep the needle inside for more than 10 seconds. I did 10 seconds and a small drop came out meaning I didn't inject myself the full dose. If you are dosing just one click, then I don't thing that little drop is negligible

How are you refilling the pen?

I ignore the needle and every mechanisms that come with the pen. Just use another insulin syringe of 0.3 ml, and use the pen as a normal vial through its rubber cap.
To refill with testosterone, I use a 2 or 5 ml syringe.

I prefer to withdraw the HCG with another syringe and then put the injection. If you use the pen itself for dosing, some amount of liquid will always remain in the neck of the pen, for the amount of volume we are dealing with here, that remaining volume is significant and gives me a couple of extradoses.

Ah thank you. What I mean is once the pen is used, I couldn’t find a way to retract the plunger / reuse it. Is there some trick?

That’s also my feeling as this design is for 250 in one shot I guess, but I’ve seen versions that come in a regular syringe without clicker. Just can’t get it here in Singapore

The rubber plunger moves to one direction or the other by the effect of suction when you aspirate, or by the pressure of the liquid when you introduce it with a syringe. So be careless, you don't need to deal with the plunger.

You can probably find ovitrelle (or fake ovitrelle) on the black market. To get it in any legal pharmacy in Europe you need a prescription. In Spain or Portugal, forget it, I'm here and I know...
OVITRELLE should be kept at cold temperature even during transport. So I don't think there is a reliable source on the black market, which does the job well but illegaly.
Other countries around the world? Anything can happen. But you'd better look for standart HCG (Urinary), which is very likely to be found. Remember that Ovitrelle is produced using recombinant technology. Don't trust black sources.
