One month in

Hey all
So here is what I have been eating for the passed month,
Egg whites, steak, chicken, walnuts, salads, apples, peaches, watermelon, orange juice, water, and
ice tea.
NOW, in this 1 month I have put on 5 lbs and have got beefy.
I assume it is from all the protein I have been pounding down.

So to do the opposite and now cut 10lbs should I cut out the protein??

No, cut out the bad carbs and sugar.

High fructose fruits like oranges and watermelon are high in sugar and can cause insulin spikes and that's not what you want.

Think more along the lines of a hypoglycemic diet; this will shred pounds while keeping muscle tone.

You need protein so don't stop that no matter what.
