Why can't you just drive to Mississippi (closer than NOLA, isn't it?), and get a P.O. Box in the nearest city across the state border, and have your meds mailed there? I don't know if this meets Defy's criteria or not, or if it is considered legal in their eyes, but it's worth asking them. Lots of folks out there have more than one residence.

I too live in Southeastern Louisiana. I am thinking about finding a doc in Houston. Could I just get HCG filled in Texas before I leave the state? If I can find a doc in


Mississippi, it would be much closer. I know 10 doctors in Houston that would prescribe HCG without a second thought. Maybe this is what I have to do.... Sad!

I wanted to go the Defy route, but as stated above, they won't ship to Louisiana. The laws on the books are in reference to HCG being used for weight loss, not HRT, but Defy still won't ship. Funny though, the pharmacy that the Anti-Aging doc uses is in Florida and they readily shipped HCG to me.... go figure.

I've still had no luck! Not giving up and will continue to update.

I live in Louisiana. "Legit" is relative to our strange situation here, unfortunately. I am very hard to get a hold of, but have contacted Defy. A bunch of phone tag. My sleep is so erratic from sides, that I have a hard time staying awake during most people's business hours. Hopefully I can do the most that's possible to restart/grow/maintain my testicles with or without HCG, while still living here. Hopefully Defy can help. Losing plenty of hair starting 3 weeks ago, so want to see if they can get that fixed for me, as well.

Dr. Larry Lipshultz did a varicocelectomy on me in 2001 when I lived in Houston. I didn't know back then that he was a major HCG researcher and an important figure in the game. I just did my homework back then and wanted the very best in the world messing around down there with surgery. He happened to live in my city.

I have an appointment with him mid-March, but may cancel if I find a solution before then. Hopefully I can find a way to skirt the HCG prescription filling issue while I'm still visiting Texas. That is why I have made the appt. That, and he's covered by my insurance and is a genius.
